Donnelly & Associates is a boutique commercial agency servicing the greater South-East Queensland commercial and industrial markets. We specialise in commercial and industrial property throughout Greater South-East Queensland.

We are fully equipped to assist you with all aspects of commercial sales and leasing, be it vacant land, vacant buildings, tenanted investments, turn-key and design & construct. We also offer an advisory service to assist landlords and tenants with lease renewals, market reviews and lease exits/make-goods.

Our office was established in November 2019 and is conveniently located in Woolloongabba, 10 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD.
