Simon has over 17 years’ experience within the property industry, primarily focussing on business brokerage, business valuation and hotel and motel sales in Queensland. During this time, Simon gained substantial experience and valuable knowledge in these sectors and obtained and held his full real estate agents license before leaving the industry to focus on a career in IT.
Simon established and operated two successful IT businesses in Brisbane for 15 years and accumulated significant management and leadership experience during this time. Simon’s involvement in the IT industry has given him a strong focus on effective teamwork, adherence to defined systems and processes, as well as advanced problem-solving skills. All of which are attributes that are highly regarded in the property industry.
After 15 years in the IT industry, Simon realised where his true passion lies and decided to return to the property industry in 2020. Simon focuses on commercial and industrial, sales and leasing in Brisbane and he has managed impressive results since his return.
Simon’s exposure to such a wide and varied range of clients and industries during his working life, enables him to understand his client’s needs intricately.
